Our bases are sourdough, creating an artisan pizza with a unique flavour sourdough offers. All of our bases are handmade and hand-stretched, they are made from a sourdough starter that has been nurtured for the last 20 years. It really is a recipe we have worked hard to create! 

 

We have two types of setups: our buffet is where we create a pizza station completed with Garlic Oil, chilli flakes, rocket, and parmesan for guests to complete their pizza. All pizzas are served on rustic wooden boards and guests are able to help themselves. 

 

Alternatively, our most popular option is street food style, guests get to enjoy a whole pizza served directly from our converted horsebox.
